  • WTNH– Owner of Dockside Seafood and Grill, Traci Planinshek, shows us how to make Orecchiette with Lobster.

    She also discusses the great food, live music, booking parties and outside seating.

    Two sisters bought the business 6 years ago, but worked there for many years.

    Orecchiette with Lobster from Dockside Seafood and Grill Recipe:

    10 oz. Orecchiette pasta
    1 Tbsp Butter
    1 tsp. Garlic
    1 Leaf Basil-Thin slices
    4 oz. Lobster meat
    1 oz. Spinach
    1.5 oz. Madeira Wine
    ½ oz. Marinara sauce
    1 C Heavy Cream

    In a skillet on medium heat add butter, garlic and basil. Cook until garlic is slightly brown. Add Madeira wine, spinach, and lobster meat heat thru for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and marinara sauce let simmer until it reduces and thickens. Toss in Orecchiette pasta, serve in bowl and top with grated cheese
